You may email your order to service@crystalplus.com. Just include the item SKU numbers, order quantity, bill to/ship to address. Please attach your logo/artwork file and type the texts in the email body for each item or quantity - if different. Our friendly customer service will contact you for payment authorization to submit the order offline on your behalf.

• You will receive a personalization artwork proof for your approval.
• You will need to submit a final proof approval to start personalization production. Or if you have waived the proof, no further action is needed. We will begin production right away.
• Free Standard Personalization requires at least 48 hours for production. Production time for custom personalization will be determined once we produce your custom engraving artwork.
• A Shipment Confirmation with tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
