You will have the option of creating your own ornament by uploading a logo/ image artwork or selecting from our Free Artworks and entering your own text in the "Free Standard Personalization" option.

No Setup Fee. *Less than minimum charge $50(G) will be applied when the order qty per sku is under first column qty. Price includes artwork proof and engraving one logo and texts when vector art logo file is provided. Custom artwork fee for one logo $40(G); Additional position for engraving $10/ pc (G); Additional logo engraving $5(G); Color-fill $6.25/pc (G) per logo or $12.50/pc (G) logo + texts.

Shipping

Most orders are packaged in damage resistant boxes and are shipped with our primary carrier UPS from California. After you approve the engraving artwork, we proceed production and ship your order within 48 hours unless otherwise noted. You will receive a tracking number to track the package once we ship out your order.

*Depending on your zip code, U.S. Ground shipping time is 1-5 days; Canada 5-7 days. See UPS Ground Transit Days. Express shipping is also available. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping carton weight and shipping address zip code. The shipping charges for all available shipping options are provided on Shopping Cart.

Return Policy

You may return any blank items in their original condition within 14 days of the invoice date. We will not accept the return if the item has been engraved or damaged.
